He also teaches professionals how to apply AI tools effectively in their day-to-day work, from content creation to analysis and automation. Formerly Managing Director of a leading financial communications firm in London, Niels spent a decade in South Korea working in media and PR. He holds an MBA from Cranfield and brings extensive experience in leadership, change management and communications.
